Speaker of the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia, Alen Simonyan, on Wednesday met with the President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Theodoros Rousopoulos.

The interlocutors' discussion focused on Armenia-EU relations, ongoing democratic reforms in Armenia, and regional developments, the NA informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Also, Alen Simonyan drew the PACE President’s attention to the issue of Armenians being held captive in Azerbaijan.
