The 134th Ministerial session of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe (CoE) has kicked in Luxembourg.
Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan is also participating in this event, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Armenia informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
An official welcoming ceremony and joint photo session were held.
Also, the Armenian MFA posted a joint photo of the 134th CoE ministerial session.
