Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will not participate in the talks with the Russian side in Istanbul, Turkey today, a senior Ukrainian official said, AFP reports.
But media have reported that the Ukrainian delegation will meet with the Russian negotiators in Istanbul.
Talks between Russia and Ukraine are expected today in Istanbul. Russian President Vladimir Putin, however, did not travel to Turkey for these talks. US President Donald Trump also is not in Istanbul.
