An Armenian delegation, led by finance minister Vahe Hovhannisyan, met with the president of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Odile Renaud-Basso, during a working visit to London.

First, Hovhannisyan thanked the EBRD president for the effective cooperation, as a result of which EBRD investments in Armenia reached a record-breaking 400 million euros in 2024, the Ministry of Finance of Armenia informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Then, reflecting on Armenia's participation in the process of increasing the EBRD’s capital, Vahe Hovhannisyan emphasized Armenia's readiness to support the mission of this banking institution.

The aforesaid delegation met also with individual EBRD professional teams, and discussed the progress of important infrastructure projects in Armenia's portfolio, as well as existing issues.
