Days of Armenian Culture will be held in Russia in October, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, on Wednesday.

Lavrov pointed to the importance of the strengthening of cultural and humanitarian ties.

“This is a traditionally dynamic direction, and it enjoys great interest and support from citizens of both countries. Last year, more than 700 events took place; that is, two cultural events per day. This year the trend continues; in October, Days of Armenian Culture will be held in Russia,” the Russian FM noted.
