Azerbaijan has promised to continue exporting oil to Israel despite Turkey's objections, an Israeli source told Haaretz.

Azerbaijan has promised Israel that it will continue to supply it with oil, although it has officially stopped reporting oil exports to Israel, the official also said.

It is noted that Baku decided to stop opening exports to Israel in an attempt to alleviate pressure from Erdogan's government, which is facing protests inside the country over the sale of oil from its pipelines to Israel, the source said.
