A delegation led by the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Alain Berset, visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial in Yerevan on Wednesday.
Berset laid a wreath at the memorial to the victims of the Armenian Genocide, informs the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute.
Afterwards, the guests placed flowers at the eternal flame and observed a minute of silence in honor of the innocent victims of the Armenian Genocide.
