On Friday night, Israel launched strikes on Iran. The operation targeted the Islamic Republic’s nuclear facilities. The Israeli Air Force carried out attacks on uranium enrichment plants in Natanz and Fordow, missile bases in Kermanshah and Khorramabad, as well as on Tehran, Isfahan, Tabriz, and other major Iranian cities.

As a result of the attacks, the following were killed: IRGC Commander Hossein Salami, Chief of the General Staff Mohammad Bagheri, commander of the IRGC air defense base “Khatam al-Anbiya” Major General Gholam-Ali Rashid, and other high-ranking military officials, as well as six nuclear scientists. Explosions at the nuclear facility in Natanz were also reported. According to Iranian news agencies, 78 people were killed and over 300 injured in the Israeli strikes.
