The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reported on the evening of June 13 that missile launches from Iran toward Israel had been detected.

“Defense systems are operating to intercept the threat. The population is urged to take shelter in protected areas and remain there until further instructions,” the IDF statement says.

During the night of June 13, Israel struck Iran’s military and nuclear infrastructure, resulting in the deaths of high-ranking military officials, scientists, and civilians. In response to the strike, Iran launched drones toward Israel.
