The Iranian authorities believe that after the Israeli attacks, continuing nuclear negotiations with the U.S. has lost all meaning, said Iranian Foreign Ministry representative Esmail Baghaei, according to Tasnim.

“The actions of the other side have made this dialogue meaningless. It is impossible to speak of readiness for negotiations while at the same time coordinating actions and allowing the Zionist regime to strike Iranian territory,” the Iranian media quoted the Foreign Ministry representative as saying.

Let us recall that after the Israeli strikes on Iran, U.S. President Donald Trump stated that two months ago he gave Iran a 60-day ultimatum to “make a deal.”

According to the U.S. president, now Iran “may have a second chance.”

Later, he stated that representatives of Iran are asking him to make a deal and expressed confidence that after Israel’s massive strike, the chances of concluding a nuclear agreement with Iran have increased.
