An Israeli strike on Iran’s East Azerbaijan Province killed 30 soldiers and one member of the Red Crescent, provincial governor Bahram Sarmast reported, according to ISNA.

According to Sarmast, another 55 people were injured.

“We inform the brave and understanding residents of the province that since early yesterday morning, following the blatant aggression of the Zionist regime on the soil of our beloved country, 19 locations across the districts of the province were attacked.

These include 12 sites on the outskirts of the city of Tabriz, including military and civilian centers, two sites in each of the cities of Bostan-Abad and Shabestar, and one site in each of the cities of Azarshahr, Maragheh, and Torkamanchay,” he said.
