When Israel launched its attack on Iran early Friday morning, the families of several cabinet ministers were evacuated from their homes to avoid becoming targets of possible Iranian retaliation, Israel’s Channel 12 reported.

According to the broadcaster, some families were relocated to “secure camps,” while others were moved to “alternative addresses” in order to keep their locations confidential.

The evacuees reportedly included families of members of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Security Cabinet.
