The government is doing everything to ensure that businesses encounter as few problems as possible, and if they do, they are resolved as quickly as possible. This was stated Tuesday in a briefing with reporters at National Assembly by its deputy speaker Ruben Rubinyan—and referring to the Armenian truck jam on the border with Iran.

And when asked why Armenian truckers were facing such problems if the Armenian government was conducting a risk assessment due to regional tension, Rubinyan replied: "There are military actions in Iran. Assessing the risk does not mean eliminating that risk. It means that you manage the problems arising from it. If you do not manage it, you create an alternative, etc."
