I have very close working relations with the president and the head of government of the Russian Federation based on mutual trust. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan told this to reporters at the National Assembly of Armenia Wednesday—and regarding to the remark that his supporters on the ruling wing assess Russian Armenian businessman and philanthropist Samvel Karapetyan's recent statement as a hybrid war launched from Russia against his government.

"I cannot believe that such actions against Armenia can take place from the Kremlin, or from the Russian government, from the White House. But I do not rule out, and there is a high probability that in Russia, nevertheless, there are certain circles and, moreover, not only in Russia, there are such circles. I am sure that in this particular case, there are circles in other countries as well that are behind these hybrid actions and war," Pashinyan stated.

Also, the Armenian PM expressed a conviction that he has all the capacity to manage these "hybrid risks"—and not only hybrid risks.
