The Hraparak daily of Armenia writes as follows, in particular: Although they officially refuse to disclose the agenda of the [upcoming] visit to be paid to Turkey, [PM] Nikol Pashinyan also did not clarify yesterday why he is leaving for a country with which we do not have diplomatic relations, but even the CC [i.e. the ruling Civil Contract Party and its parliamentary faction] team has started talking that an agreement could be concluded, or a preliminary document could be signed in Turkey regarding peace [with Azerbaijan].

For several days now, expert circles have been raising [the issue] that [Azerbaijani President Ilham] Aliyev is also leaving for Turkey, and with [Turkish President Recep Tayyip] Erdogan's mediation, the [two] parties may come to an agreement to sign the [peace] treaty, which would mean ruling out a third party’s military presence [in Armenia and Azerbaijan]. That is, the Russian 102nd Military Base [in Gyumri] will be removed from Armenia.

The agreement will have also an annex, which will include all of Aliyev's other demands, including the "return" of 300 thousand Azerbaijanis to Armenia.
