ANKARA. – Iranian parliament speaker Ali Larijani, who is in Ankara on the invitation of his Turkish counterpart, stated that Iran is prepared to start talks on its nuclear program.

Larijani stressed they wish to commence talks with the 5+1 countries, but these discussions must be serious. “Our Turkish colleagues suggest that the negotiations be held in Turkey. [And] Since Turkey is a brotherly country, Iran looks favorably toward that proposal,” Iranian parliament speaker said, Milliyet daily of Turkey informs.  

And reflecting on the NATO radars to be installed in Turkey, Ali Larijani said they have reasons to believe that these radars are directed against Muslims, and this needs to be factored in.
