The government of Armenia made a decision at its Cabinet meeting Friday, according to which the period of operation of the second power unit of the Armenian Nuclear Power Plant (ANPP) will be extended in order to carry out the work envisaged by the program.
As part of the program to extend the period of operation, large-scale modernization and re-equipment have been carried out at the ANPP.
