The US dollar fell against other global currencies on Tuesday morning after news of a ceasefire between Iran and Israel, Prime reports.
Accordingly, as of 10:01am Armenia time, the euro-dollar exchange rate rose from $1.1578 to $1.1611 per euro, Russian media report.
Also, the dollar fell from 146.15 yen to 145.27 yen since the previous close, while the dollar index—i.e. the US dollar exchange rate against a basket of currencies of six US trading partners—fell 0.33 percent to 98.07 points.
