Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will not participate in the meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO). This was reported by the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ani Badalyan.
This meeting is scheduled for Monday, in Kyrgyzstan.
