YEREVAN.- Armenia stands for peaceful settlement of the situation over Iran, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian told journalists on Monday.
“Armenia always stressed necessity of peaceful solution to the problems over Iran’s nuclear program which should be settled based on dialogue and talks,” Nalbandian said.
According to him, position of the official Yerevan was presented to Iranian leader Mahmoud Ahmadinejad during his recent visit to Armenia. Presently, the Armenian side simply confirms its position, he added.
