Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will pay a visit to the DPRK on July 11-13.
According to Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova, the purpose of the visit is to hold talks within the framework of the second round of strategic dialog at the level of foreign ministers.
