The third round of Russia-Ukraine talks in Istanbul will not be easy, it will be a “very difficult conversation,” Russian presidential spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
“It is not yet possible to talk about that—the results the Russian side expects from the talks. We need to see how [the negotiations] go. Naturally, no one expects such an ‘easy path.’ Naturally, it will be a very difficult conversation. The drafts [of the memorandums] are absolutely opposing,” the Kremlin spox said.
