On 26.07.2025, a wildfire broke out in the Khosrov Forest State Reserve.The Caucasus Wildlife Refugereports this.
“So far, about 4-5 hectares of juniper forest in the area known as Handadzor are burning. The employees of the Khosrov State Reserve, along with the rangers of the Caucasus Wildlife Refuge, are heading to the fire zone equipped with necessary tools. We will provide more updates very soon,” the message says.
