North Korea has nothing to talk about with the South, as their relations have passed the point of no return, said Kim Yo Jong, the sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, KCNA reports.

"Regardless of which politicians come to power in South Korea, regardless of what proposals are put forward, we [i.e. the North] are not interested. We have nothing to talk about with Seoul," Kim Yo Jong said.

Also, the sister of the North Korean leader stated that the South continues to pursue a hostile policy towards the North.

Soon, South Korea will hold joint military exercises with the US near the North's borders.
