The investigation into the criminal case against ex-prime minister and former speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia, Hovik Abrahamyan, has been completed.

And the criminal case has been sent to court.

Abrahamyan has been charged with abuse of official power, going above official power, illegal participation in entrepreneurial activity, and money laundering of 470 million drams.

During the criminal investigation, the assets of the accused and his associates were frozen.
