After talks in the Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur, representatives of Thailand and Cambodia have reached an agreement to resolve their border tensions.

“The [Thailand-Cambodia] GBC [i.e. the General Border Committee] Meeting b/w Thailand &Cambodia has ended. Both agreed on a 13-point ceasefire implementation agreement, with representatives from both countries signing the agreed minutes aimed @ resolving border tensions & returning peace to the border,” the Thai government said in a statement posted on X.
