US President's special envoy Steve Witkoff met with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Washington DC, Azerbaijani media report.
And with their participation, the parties signed a "memorandum of cooperation" between SOCAR of Azerbaijan and ExxonMobil of the US.
The document was signed by Azerbaijani economy minister Mikayil Jabbarov and ExxonMobil vice president John Ardill.
