The Azerbaijani authorities, making use of the alleged "radiation threat" associated with the US strike on Iran's Fordow nuclear facility, have announced the evacuation of five villages near the Iranian border, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran report on Telegram.

"However, this version seems implausible and politically motivated, as it is not confirmed by any international source and is frankly speculative. The most disturbing fact is that the evacuated settlements have almost immediately been turned into logistics centers, which were allegedly used by radical and pro-Israeli structures," the IRGC added on Telegram.
