Thirty people were injured when a train derailed in southeastern Iran.
“Thirty people were injured when a train derailed on the Kerman-Zarand railway line,” said Babak Mahmoudi, Head of the Relief and Rescue Organization of the Iranian Red Crescent Society.
And a statement from the public relations department of Iran’s national railways authority said that “after the timely arrival of railway technical staff and rescue services, all passengers safely left the train.”
There were 450 passengers on board.
There are no reports of casualties.
