President Ilham Aliyev and U.S. President Donald Trump have signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the United States of America.
The memorandum establishes a Strategic Working Group tasked with preparing a Charter of Strategic Partnership between Azerbaijan and the United States.
The document was signed by Presidents Ilham Aliyev and Donald Trump.
