European countries and authorities in Kyiv have presented their own proposal for resolving the conflict in Ukraine ahead of the upcoming talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump. This was reported by The Wall Street Journal (WSJ), citing sources.

 According to them, the governments of the United Kingdom, Germany, and France participated in the development of the plan, setting the goal of “drawing a common red line together with Ukraine” for potential negotiations.
