Assumptions reaching absurdity are circulating on the internet that as if Prime Minister Pashinyan in Washington opposed the return of our compatriots imprisoned in Azerbaijan or part of them, Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan’s spokesperson, Nazeli Baghdasaryan, wrote on Facebook.

“The prime minister has repeatedly noted that the RA [i.e. Republic of Armenia] representatives are continuously raising this matter in their meetings in various formats and are looking for solutions.

The matter became a subject of discussion at the [recent Washington DC] meeting with US President Donald Trump at the initiative of Prime Minister Pashinyan himself. Moreover, the prime minister spoke about the matter in its entirety and not in part,” Baghdasaryan added.
