Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order by which the country's ministry of energy has allocated $2 million to provide humanitarian assistance to Ukraine.
The aforesaid order has been posted on the president's website.
According to this document, the aforementioned funds are intended for the purchase of electrical equipment made in Azerbaijan as humanitarian aid and its delivery to Ukraine.
