By the agreement announced earlier, the joint appeal by Armenia and Azerbaijan on the closure of the OSCE Minsk Group processes and related structures, along with the proposed draft decision, was circulated today to the OSCE participating states, reported Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia.
