Armenian citizens will now be able to visit Oman without a visa requirement, informs the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Armenia.
The government of Oman, lauding the decision of the Armenian government to unilaterally exempt Omani nationals from the visa requirement to Armenia, has decided to mutually exempt Armenian citizens from the Omani visa requirement as of Monday.
As a result, Armenian nationals will now be able to travel to Oman for short-term visits, boosting tourism ties and people-to-people contacts between the two countries.
This decision was announced as a result of political consultations between the MFAs of Armenia and Oman.
