Iranian Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade Seyed Mohammad Atabak stressed the need to expand their economic and trade cooperation and increase the amount of their trade with Armenia to $3 billion, Mehr reports.
Atabak made this statement during Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian’s visit to Armenia and a meeting with the Armenian minister of economy.
The establishment of a joint working group with the participation of deputy ministers from both sides aims to accelerate the implementation of agreements and facilitate transactions in industry and trade to reach $3 billion, which was a joint proposal of the Iranian and Armenian ministers during this meeting.
