Armenia and Iran on Tuesday signed a number of cooperation document. This took place during the current visit of Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian to Armenia.

In particular, a memorandum of understanding on political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and Iran for 2025-2027, as well as a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in standardization, accreditation, conformity assessment, and technical regulation between the Ministry of Economy of Armenia and the Iran National Standards Organization were signed.

Also, Armenia and Iran signed memorandums of understanding on cooperation in vocational education and training for 2025-2029, cooperation in urban development, cooperation in museums, regulation of medical equipment, and cooperation in cinema.

In addition, the parties signed a memorandum of understanding between the National Archives of Armenia and the National Library and Archives of Iran.
