Arsen Torosyan will be appointed Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at a press briefing Thursday.
Pashinyan added that Aren Mkrtchyan, a member of the ruling majority Civil Contract faction in parliament, will be appointed Governor of Lori Province.
To note, Arsen Torosyan, a member of the Civil Contract faction in parliament, on Wednesday submitted a formal request to give up his parliamentary seat.
