Ukraine strikes Russia's rear areas only with its own long-range weapons and such matters have not been discussed with the United States for a long time, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

Earlier, The Wall Street Journal, citing anonymous sources, reported that the new US defense administration has established a high-level approval procedure for using long-range weapons supplied to Ukraine against targets deep inside Russian territory, the BBC reported, adding that this applies to the ATACMS missiles, as well as UK-French Storm Shadow cruise missiles, since they receive data for targeting the target from the US.
