US President Donald Trump believes that the conflict in Ukraine is complicated by the presence of a personal component, but will still be resolved. 

“To be honest, I thought Ukraine and Russia would be the easiest,” he said while signing a series of executive orders at the White House, referring to the resolution of the conflict. “But it turns out that there are serious personality conflicts involved. This is one of those moments,” Trump told reporters.
