YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) received a distress call, on Sunday, informing that an employee’s leg was stuck in the elevator of capital Yerevan’s R. Yolyan Industrial Center.
A firefighting-rescue squad was dispatched to the scene, MES informed.
The squad recued from the elevator Mariam Hovsepyan, 54, who had sustained injuries to her leg and was subsequently taken to hospital. The doctors say she is in satisfactory condition.
