In Tehran, Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan met with Major General Seyed Abdolrahim Mousavi, Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces. This was reported by the RA Security Council. 

Seyed Abdolrahim Mousavi emphasized that Armenian-Iranian relations have historically been friendly and brotherly. The Secretary of the Security Council, in turn, emphasized the high level of current relations. 

Armen Grigoryan presented the agreements reached on August 8, and Mousavi welcomed the establishment of peace and stability in the region.

The meeting also discussed issues of bilateral cooperation.
