"Shahin Shikhlinski's activities as head of the [Azerbaijani] diaspora [of Ural] were completely unsuccessful, it was not dedicated to either business or culture. He pocketed all the privileges," Mustafayev said.

Shahin Shikhlinski and Vidadi Mustafayev have been in conflict for a long time.

According to Mustafayev, his predecessor did not pay due attention to the problems of Azerbaijanis in Ural, and did not pay attention to the high-profile conflicts.
