Iravunk daily of Armenia writes as follows, in particular: Ahead of the [Yerevan] rally expected on September 2, various law enforcement agencies [of Armenia] are sending a “message” to [the forcibly displaced] Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)] residents with approximately the following content: “Before participating in the rally, think about the looting [you have] done in Artsakh.”

According to the same news, the authorities [of Armenia] have information that a particularly large rally is not expected, and they have no particular reason to worry.
