There were no agreements between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump regarding a trilateral meeting or a meeting between Putin and Zelensky. This was stated by Yuri Ushakov, an aide to the Russian leader, in an interview with journalist Pavel Zarubin.

“As far as I know, there were no specific agreements between Putin and Trump on this matter,” he emphasized, according to the publication Arguments and Facts. 

According to him, what is being reported in the press is not exactly what Putin and Trump agreed on in Alaska. He added that the presidents of Russia and the US agreed to continue contacts between Moscow and Vladimir Putin with US Special Presidential Envoy for Peacekeeping Missions Stephen Whitcoff.
