BDO Armenia, a member of BDO, and Orion Worldwide Innovations have invited seasoned professionals and renowned experts from global companies to speak on finance and investments during the Power Consulting Days (PCD) program in Armenia.

To participate in the PCD program, attendees are required to register for all modules or select modules through the event’s official website. 

The program aims to provide knowledge and practical skills in investments and capital markets to Armenian entrepreneurs, senior business executives, investment advisors, and private investors.

During the second module, the keynote speaker will be Kamil Homsi, CEO of GRC Investment Group’s Single Family Office (Dubai, UAE). With over 40 years of experience, his expertise focuses on global capital markets, public-private partnerships, and cross-border deal structures. Kamil Homsi also has leading experience in alternative investments, family office management, investment strategy, corporate governance, succession planning, and wealth transfer.

During the second module of PCD, there is an exclusive opportunity to hear remotely from Arsha Cazazian-Clement, Head of Corporate Real Estate Americas and Global Head of Sustainability, GCS at Blackstone. She is a leading real estate executive and innovative strategist with over 20 years of international experience in commercial projects and sustainable development. Arsha Cazazian-Clement has held leadership positions at Shearman & Sterling, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Stantec, and is also the founder of DIAWRKS. At Blackstone, she oversees 1.5 million square meters of corporate real estate and leads the firm’s global sustainability operations. 

Participants will also have the opportunity to hear from Marc Kramer, Executive Director of the Angel Venture Fair and Senior Lecturer at VinUniversity. A renowned authority in entrepreneurship, angel investing, and innovation, Kramer has founded more than 30 companies, authored six books, and supported the financing of over 100 startups across multiple countries, including in the Asian region.

The program will also host Anushavan Simonyan, Managing Partner at Amber Capital Armenia, who brings over 25 years of experience in investment banking. He has held executive positions at some of the world’s leading financial institutions, including UBS, Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, and ABN AMRO.

Eric A. Clement, Founder and Managing Partner of the private investment firm Bedford37, will join the program remotely. His company specializes in real estate investments in the United States and emerging markets. Previously, Clement led RXR’s sustainable investment division, overseeing a $1.5 billion portfolio, and served as Senior Managing Director at the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC), where he managed a $15 billion strategic investment group.

Among the distinguished speakers of the PCD program are Armen Nurbekyan, Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Armenia; Fernando Gómez-Baquero, Director of the Runway and Spinouts programs at Cornell Tech’s Jacobs Technion-Cornell Institute; Olivier Rousseau, former Chairman of the Investment Board of Georgia’s Pension Agency; Ketevan Toidze, Deputy CEO and Head of Investment Banking at Galt & Taggart; and others.
