A new price cap for Russian oil has come into force. The cap is now $47.60 per barrel, down from the previous $60, the Ukrainian president's chief of staff, Andriy Yermak, UNIAN reports.
Yermak noted that a similar decision was made earlier, as part of the 18th package of sanctions imposed by the European Union against Russia.
