Hraparak daily of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes: [PM] Nikol Pashinyan has not only decided to close the Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)] page, but also has no desire to solve the social problems of the [forcibly displaced] Artsakh residents [in Armenia].

Months ago, the social assistance program was suspended, literally leaving tens and hundreds of [former] Artsakh residents on the street, depriving [them] of the money to pay for their apartments. We were told that in recent months, [former] Artsakh residents have been going to Russia en masse and volunteering for volunteer detachments formed to participate in the Russian-Ukrainian war; in particular, to Arbat, where contract soldiers are paid quite high salaries.

War participants and their family members are also granted RF [Russian Federation] citizenship in an accelerated manner. Meanwhile, the RA authorities, boasting about creating a professional army, could have used in the Armenian army the potential of [former] Artsakh residents capable of fighting. According to our information, no state body in Armenia is even keeping a proper record of how many [former] Artsakh residents have left Armenia, how many have returned during this period.
