Turkey’s national public broadcaster TRT will stop cooperation with Euronews channel in case the French Senate passes a bill criminalizing denial of the Armenian Genocide.
TRT is the shareholder of Euronews representation situated in French Lyon city and joined the Observation Council in 2009. Besides, it is one of the chief partners of Euronews and has 15.5% of the channel’s shares.
