The Hraparak daily of Armenia writes as follows, in particular: The start of the 10th—fall—session of the eighth convocation in parliament yesterday took place in an atmosphere of extraordinary solidarity; the opposition and the authorities did not even made mutual insults. (…).

The authorities’ circles, however, were quick to disappoint, [saying] that, “wait, the movie is still ahead.” They are sure that the fall will be heated in the legislative body.

It’s just that the CC [i.e. the ruling Civil Contract Party and its parliamentary faction] members have been instructed not to talk all the time, not to give interviews, not to incite unnecessary passions yet.

Yesterday, most of the authorities’ MPs were turning down, with various reasons, the reporters’ proposals to give interviews, comment.
